Ain't Nobody Got Time For That!

As I am sitting here on my spring break relaxing, looking for jobs, lesson planning, preparing for graduation, and of course catching up on Days of Our Lives, I decided to look back at the blog I created while I was studying abroad in Spain.  Reading the old posts brought back some really exciting and wonderful memories and made me really want to travel somewhere again.  BUT, since I do no have the means to travel right this moment, I decided to take action on another idea I had while reading the old post...to start a blog!  Now, some of you reading this are probably questioning why I am doing this.  I was pretty passionate about vocalizing my dislike for writing blog posts when I was abroad.  It wasn't my favorite thing to do, but I knew that many people back home enjoyed staying updated on my excursions while I was away.  So why the sudden urge to start blogging again?  I mean I am busy enough with lesson planning, applying to jobs, finding a place to live, having FUN my last semester of college, and completing the daily errands and chores life always has.  In the words of the popular YouTube video "Ain't Nobody Got Time For That!". Blogging?! Ain't nobody got time for that!  It's true life is practically always busy, but in those moments when it's not busy and I don't have money to go shopping, I get bored like everyone else and need a hobby to turn to.  What I have recently discovered, is that I do not have a ton of hobbies.  My two favorites: shopping and reading, can only take up so much time.  So, I am going to give blogging a shot at being a new "hobby" of mine.  Blogging was more of a "chore" before, but I am thinking with time and some motivation (this video also inspired this whole post) this "chore" can turn into a good "hobby".  We'll have to wait and see how it turns out.  But until then, here is the video I've been talking so much about just in case you haven't seen it yet.
